Being an attorney-at-law trainee, Mateusz specializes in transaction advisory provided to Polish and foreign business entities, and investment funds. He is particularly experienced in legal advisory on investment transactions in Life Sciences and IT industries.

Mateusz supports Clients (on the seller or the buyer sides, or on the side of the company or the investor) at each transaction stage, including while carrying out the due diligence, preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, and implementing recovery plans.

In particular, his experience enables support for different transaction projects, including advisory on venture capital investments in technology companies, on investment exit strategies, typical M&A transactions (share deals), or transactions involving a number of entities carried out on strictly regulated markets.
