The Transaction Tax Team provides specialist tax consultancy services as part of broadly understood transaction processes applicable to the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and real estate markets, the acquisition of financing and investment capital, and the reorganisation of assets belonging to capital groups, businesses entities and private investors (HNWI).
We advise on transactions across all economic sectors. We assist in developing transaction concepts with a focus on tax safety and efficiency, conducting tax due diligence on companies prior to transactions, advising on the drafting of SPA, APA, and accompanying transaction documentation, through to transaction closure and post-transaction tax support.
