NBP Reporting

Tax

Polish tax residents are obliged to provide the National Bank of Poland with information about foreign assets and liabilities. This obligation is not common knowledge. However, the failure to fulfil it is punishable with severe penalties and fines, the value of which may reach as high as 4.5 million PLN.

The reporting obligation to the National Bank of Poland (NBP) particularly applies to individuals who hold shares or stakes in foreign companies and those who invest funds in foreign bank or investment accounts.

Due to the complex reporting procedure to the NBP, we offer a comprehensive service focused on identifying and correctly fulfilling these reporting obligations.
