He specializes in company reorganizations, including mergers, divisions, and transactions involving organized parts of enterprises.

Jacek is a tax advisor with over 10 years of professional experience. He has valuable experience in services provided to international capital groups, including the establishment of investment platforms and the adjustment of their structures. Jacek provides tax advisory services during the creation and management of private asset structures with the involvement of cross-border transfers.

Within his Practice, he devotes much attention to matters concerning economic rationale of transactions and actual business operations. He is thoroughly familiar with the construction and implementation of tax safety mechanisms, such as tax strategies and tax procedures.

He also advises Clients on various aspects of withholding tax, including during proceedings for issuing opinions on the applicability of preferences or the recognition of overpayment, or during the review of documents and procedures.

He has authored numerous publications on income taxes and international taxes in Polish and in foreign press.
