Daria specializes in corporate income tax and in international taxes.
Daria is a tax advisor.
She examines tax aspects of company reorganization projects: mergers, divisions, exchanges of capital interests, non-cash contributions, transformations of capital groups, and demergers of organized parts of enterprises.
She participates in the acquisitions or disposals of assets and of (Polish or foreign) business entities.
She advises Clients on withholding tax (WHT), including e.g. audits of transactions subject to WHT, reviews of documents needed to apply an exemption, reviews of receivable recipient’s actual business operations (substance), the preparation of applications for recognizing overpayments of WHT and for opinions about the applicability of WHT preferences.
Daria participates in international and domestic due diligences and tax audits, as well as in transaction services. She establishes or streamlines business structures of companies that carry out operations outside of Poland.
