Renata specializes in civil and administrative law.

As an advocate, Renata specializes in civil and administrative law, with particular focus on real estate law and matters connected with investment and construction processes. She deals with all legal aspects of real estate investments covering both residential and commercial premises, beginning with examining and regulating the real estate legal status, the acquisition transaction, through any and all agreements executed during the investment process, and ending with real estate commercialization (lease agreements) or disposal. Renata also represents Clients in administrative actions concerning building permits and zoning decisions. 

She has many years’ experience in managing court, administrative, and court-administrative actions in legal and in business cases, as well as those involving real estate, such as to regulate real estate legal status or concerning development/master plans, perpetual usufruct right, and construction process. 

While representing Clients at every dispute resolution stage, she always strives to find an efficient and satisfactory solution.
