He provides on a daily basis legal and tax advisory on international tax law, including withholding tax, cross-border taxation, intra-group settlements, and reporting tax schemes (MDR). His valuable experience covers tax planning, securing cross-border payments, the involvement in tax inspections and proceedings as well as in court and administrative actions. He also advises HNWIs, including Polish and foreign private investors.
Wojciech graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of Wrocław University (law) and completed post-graduate studies of taxes in domestic and international business dealings in Warsaw School of Economics, as well as post-graduate tax studies at Wrocław University. He is a member of the Centre for Analysis and Studies of Taxation (CASP SGH).
He authored publications in the law & finance quarterly Kwartalnik Prawno-Finansowym of Wrocław University, and numerous expert commentaries in trade press. He teaches tax subjects at university. Distinguished as a “Key Lawyer” in the Legal500 international ranking, in the International Tax category.
