He has over 20 years of experience in ongoing legal services provided to business entities, especially in advising on corporate law. He carried out multiphase internal restructuring processes, e.g. divisions, mergers and transformations, and was responsible for devising and implementing corporate governance principles and internal regulations in international and Polish groups of companies, including in listed companies.

Michał supports business entities in audits and in the preparation and implementation of internal compliance procedures, including customer screening processes (AML), and anti-corruption and risk management procedures.
