Michał has over 20 years of experience in ongoing legal services provided to business entities, especially in advising on corporate law.

As an attorney-at-law, Michał specializes in commercial law and civil law. He has over 20 years of experience in ongoing legal services provided to business entities, especially in advising on corporate law. He carried out multiphase internal restructuring processes, e.g. divisions, mergers and transformations, and was responsible for devising and implementing corporate governance principles and internal regulations in international and Polish groups of companies, including in listed companies.

Michał supports business entities in audits and in the preparation and implementation of internal compliance procedures, including customer screening processes (AML), and anti-corruption and risk management procedures.

He advises company management boards on the breakdown of competence and responsibilities and on holding law.

Also, he managed merger and acquisition projects for both domestic and foreign investors.

In the years 2012-2023 Michał managed the Practice of Corporate Law, Internal Restructuring, and Compliance in reputable law firms.
