Tomasz is a tax advisor with several years’ experience that he gained in tax advisory firms (including the Big 4) in Poland and abroad.
His work concentrates on CIT, international taxes, transfer pricing, VAT, and civil transactions tax. He participated in due diligence projects, tax reviews, share deals, asset deals, and company reorganization projects. In addition, he was involved in advisory given to Renewable Energy Sources, fuel, FMCG, and financial sector Clients (banks and insurance companies).
