A law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2022, he has been gaining experience in providing services to entrepreneurs. So far, he has primarily focused on preparing documents related to corporate reorganizations and the formation of companies, as well as corporate documentation concerning ongoing changes within commercial law entities. Konrad has also worked with entrepreneurs on developing succession plans, with particular attention to the use of family foundations, as well as on implementing whistleblower protection procedures.
