Doctor of Juridical Science. She specialises in drafting and negotiating IP and IT contracts for the private and public sectors and in litigation.
Her previous professional experience includes: contracts, negotiations and litigation in the IT and infrastructure sector, as well as legal advice on intellectual property rights.
She has authored publications on IP law. Her doctoral degree was awarded by the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences for her dissertation on the statute of limitations for restitution claims of works of art.
