Adam specializes in tax advisory for private investors (HNWIs), designs asset-management strategies including family estate succession, and advises on reorganizing the structures of family businesses, including business structuring and protection

Adam is a tax advisor having long-term experience of working with reputable national and international law and tax advisory firms. Recently he has also worked in the public sector – in the Ministry of Finance, where he was deputy director in the Tax Policy Department and dealt with matters of international tax law while representing Poland in different fora within the EU and the OECD.

He managed a number of tax law projects that involved in particular international tax law, transactions, and comprehensive support for Polish family businesses. His advisory also covers tax planning for the personal income of investors, business people, key managers and employees. He represents Clients in proceedings carried out before tax authorities and administrative courts. Adam has authored or co-authored commentaries and articles on tax law in daily press, specialist journals, and on social media.
