Tomasz is an attorney-at-law and a tax advisor with several years of experience gained at tax advisory firms both in Poland and abroad.
Throughout his career, he has worked on corporate income tax (CIT), international taxation, transfer pricing, as well as VAT and civil law transactions tax (PCC). He has participated in due diligence projects, tax reviews, share and asset deals, and corporate restructuring projects. His assignments included advisory services for clients from various sectors, including renewable energy, fuel, FMCG, and financial services (banks and insurance companies).
